You can do NSDR with your eyes open or closed. It involves focusing and concentrating on your breath and letting go of all other thoughts.

How to perform NSDR

Relax

You can do a few things to help yourself relax:

Close your eyes: This will help you to focus on your breath and not be distracted by your surroundings.

Rejuvenate
The next step is to rejuvenate. This involves rejuvenating your mind and body.
There are a few things you can do to rejuvenate yourself:
